Job Description:
Go-to-market Strategy:
- Lead the development of a GTM strategy that differentiates our offerings and communicates value, leading to successful, measurable outcomes
- Leverage market insights and data to gain a comprehensive understanding of external factors for defining a GTM strategy, developing messaging and position, and helping the product team develop their roadmap
- Be the expert on our key audiences: who they are, how they buy, and their biggest issues and opportunities. Synthesize these deep insights to develop value propositions and messaging for various GEOs around the Globe
- Perform market segmentation and targeting, develop CJM and personas that help the team develop the right products and understand our market opportunity in each region and country
- Represent the voice of the customer before, during and after the launch
- Analyze markets, competitors, and opportunities, and transform gained insights into value proposition for our clients. Participate in Road map creation and further product development
- Collaborate across business units to amplify our value proposition, being responsible for the positioning and messaging of new products and features in line with market demands
- Work on highly targeted demand generation campaigns (such as ABM) and support strategic goals around awareness, acquisition, engagement, upsell, and retention
Product Launches:
- Create a framework for running a rhythm of minor and major product launches, to ensure all content and communication is on track
- Deliver technical info on new and updated products to product and regional marketing teams
Sales Enablement:
- Oversee development of sales enablement educational content to support regional account teams and preferred partners
- Drive product adaptation and advocacy
Analyst Relations:
- Engage with analysts, influencers, and partners to create a deep understanding of iSpring’s value proposition and to drive influence that supports sales
Customer Engagement
- Support sales meetings and sales partner management
- Participate at events and industry conferences and in social activities
About You:
- You have 8+ years of SaaS B2B software experience in product marketing, go-to-market planning, and the full cycle of product launches preferably in the E-learning industry
- You have a track record of creating impactful messaging, positioning, and value proposition that drive business goals achievement
- You understand and use metrics and analytics to measure success, drive desired outcomes, and inform ongoing optimization and strategy
- You are a strategic, results-oriented thinker, a great planner and problem-solver
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Russian
- You have solid financial and analytical acumen, with a strong ROI orientation
- You preferably have eLearing experience
