TikTok is looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Performance/Vertical Solutions (Russia).
The Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to drive product innovation by partnering closely with the sales team and define the global product go-to-market strategy for our ever-evolving ads product. Team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of internal stakeholders and external clients.

As part of the PSO team, company is looking for an experienced product marketing professional to lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Moscow covering Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Pakistan. The role involves close collaboration with in-market sales, headquarter product and local product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. Candidates must have experience working in digital marketing/media. This is a full-time position.
As part of this role, company will need you to:
- Drive growth and adoption of products in market. Collaborate with Product Marketing Product Owners, sales and account management teams to ensure smooth operational execution
- Collaborate with Local Sales and Product Owners to define the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ads products in a market
- Work closely with Product Marketing Product Owners to identify market needs and generate relevant localised vertical narratives, solutions, and packages
- Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to bolster the product narrative via local events, comms and PR
- Collect product feedback from the local market and cross-functional teams to feed into the Product Marketing Product Owners guiding and helping prioritise upstream development to ensure product market fit
- Implement sales training and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
- Build in-depth key accounts and agency partnerships, through collaboration with local sales, marketing and PR. Participate in major pitches and industry events
Ideally, you will have:
- Significant overall work experience (with the majority being within performance digital marketing (Product Marketing experience not required)
- A Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes and technologies. (e.g. Auction/Programmatic, performance measurement, adtech/martech)
- The ability to be a fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- Strategic thinker, can organize and structure everyone around them
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals
- Speaks Russian
