Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in B2C marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or related
- Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently

About The Job:
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for B2C Marketing in Moscow, you’ll be responsible for leading Google’s consumer and partner-focused campaigns and helping shape the voice of Google consumer apps and grow their user base and maintain Google’s high reputation and trust among users in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of multiple agencies/suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to bring our marketing campaigns to life
- Conduct research to identify user insights that will inform the product Marketing and Communication Strategy and the decisions of the Product and Engineering teams
- Track and analyze key product performance metrics and help define the Marketing Strategy
- Lead the design, development, execution and measurement of Search marketing campaigns
