Google is recruiting a Product Marketing Manager (Brand and Reputation).
As a Brand and Reputation Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and bringing to life multiple reputation and brand image building programs of Google in Russia. The programs may cover online education, creative economy, culture, tourism, diversity and inclusion, privacy and safety. You will be part of the Russia Brand and Reputation Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Brand and Reputation Marketing Russia.
Responsibilities:
Work with a large group of stakeholders (including Marketing, PR, Policy, Sales, and Legal) across local and global teams and with external partners from business and public sector to align the program goals, vision, and strategy.
Design and execute Google’s online programs in the areas of: education for Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) and individuals, creative economy growth, diversity and inclusion.
Manage the work of multiple suppliers (creative, production, and media agencies) including project scoping, budgeting, contracting, and quality control.
Perform market research and quantitative analyses to discover user insights.
Minimum qualifications:
Experience presenting to executive level management and external audiences.
Project management experience.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of business creative excellence. Experience in Consumer Marketing.
Experience in online product management and experience of working in EMEA.
Ability to have an understanding of digital user behavior metrics.
Ability to concisely and clearly articulate complex things.
Excellent project planning and execution skills, time-management, prioritization, ability to lead several projects in a dynamic environment.
