В управляющей e-com брендами компании Accel Club открыта роль Product manager-а.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and further development of a new ERP system;
- Define key metrics of the system according to the company goals;
- Establish & manage a backlog of desirable features for the system;
- Create business and tech BRDs;
- Manage IT development (in-house & outsource);
- Establish tech-support process;
- Prepare user guides for the systems;
- Research company processes to automate operations (Odoo has 20+ modules).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in product/project management with a proven track record of completed projects;
- 1+ year experience of direct cooperation with R&D teams;
- Business analytics/ERP implementation/operations experience will be an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to understand complex issues from various sources, while finding simple solutions;
- Effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, negotiate, and problem-solve;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
