Responsibilities:
- Continues Market Discovery and Customer Development;
- Making sense of the data validating hypothesis, calculating and presenting Unit Economics;
- Drive product roadmap;
- Work with the team as Agile mentor;
- Motivate the team to be a self-sufficient unit and bring clarity of the goals;
- Plan releases with the team.
Experience:
- Self-starter, relentlessly organized, has experience with managing a product backlog and making tough calls with respect to priority, release and/or roadmap decisions;
- An analytical thinker capable of data-driven decisions and creative and approaches to solving problems;
- Thrive in a highly collaborative team environment;
- Passionate about combining cutting edge technology with best practices in agile and lean – can make the right things happen quickly and with clear plans for delivery;
- You are a great communicator with the ability to brief and influence key stakeholders on complex and wide-ranging issues;
- ML/AI, biometrics, voice/speech recognition domains expertise will be a big plus.
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;
- Excellent written and spoken English, other languages is a plus;
- 5-8 years of experience driving product decisions in a software product organization, within a career of overall related software technology experience;
- Demonstrated experience working with Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
