Purpose of the role:
As a leader and innovator in the food services and food-tech space, with leading Brands like – KFC | Pizza Hut | Hardee’s | Costa Coffee - Americana Group is constantly testing new concepts, platforms, and technologies that drive outstanding operational performance and customer experience. This requires a disciplined approach to Product Management & UX with focus on Delivering Quality Experience within given timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver next generation of Digital Assets for Hardee’s – Apps & PWA - working with cross functional, multi-cultural teams, consisting of on-rolls/vendor resources
- Ensure Timely delivery with world class quality
- Manage Revenue stream of USD 20 Million + for Hardee’s Digital Assets and grow Revenue stream to USD 100 Million+
- Lead product improvement initiatives that help in improving conversion and drive revenue growth
- Drive assessment of digital assets, determination of performance standards, benchmarks and improvement opportunities
- Partner with functional sponsors to deliver data-driven recommendations focused on improving ROI of digital initiatives
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
- Qualification – B. Tech / MBA from Tier-I institutes
Experience:
- 10-12 year experience in successful implementation of large projects in the area of Product Management, Digital Marketing, Digital transformation, Customer Analytics and Engineering
- Hands-on experience in web analytics including implementation & monitoring through Google Analytics
- Strong track record of Delivering Conversion Rate Optimization goals through A/B testing tools
- Experience using Big data technologies for processing, analyzing large datasets
- Work within strict timelines to deliver high quality Assets
- Expertise in App Campaign Performance Monitoring Tools Such as Adjust and Notification Tools like CleverTap
- Expertise in Managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to deliver strong Organic Traffic and Download Results
