Borzo (a multinational delivery-tech business, known as Dostavista in Russia) is searching for a Product Manager.
In this role you will:
- Deep dive into core reasons of why users contact customer support
- Decrease contact rate by making product improvements
- Discover new channels for user communication to decrease infrastructure costs
- Automate manual operations
- Conduct experiments incl. A/B
- Build and maintain roadmap aimed at operations efficiency
- Work closely with customer support, analytics, design and development teams

Experience required:
- At least 2 years of experience in a role of product manager
