Olympus is searching for a Product Manager.
Key job activities:
- Monitoring sales trends and updating forecasts as necessary to meet demand.
- Monitoring & analyze of market trends including competition, procedural market growth, reimbursement, and emerging technologies.
- Conducting product launch studies and clinical validation activities.
- Creating marketing collateral and tools to support the selling process.
- Field work with sales, sales management, and clinical team.
- Creating and implementing the tactics that support the marketing strategies to include pricing, positioning, programs and promotions that are in line with the strategic business plan.
- Developing relationships with Health Care Professionals who will influence broader market acceptance.
- Maintaining your expertise as the product and clinical specialist by attending procedures, courses, tradeshows, and staying abreast of industry changes and advancements.
- Creating training presentations, tools and conducting training for sales at training sessions, national sales meeting, tradeshows, accounts, etc.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of clinical studies and white papers that supports the overall imaging initiatives.
- All other essential duties as directed.
Preferable Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (technical, biotechnical and medical devices and systems, etc.).
- Upper intermediate English.
- Experience in medical product management or medical sales (+2 years).
- Proven track record of launching products to market is desired.
- Self-motivated, confidant individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
