What to do:
- Work out product development strategy, form roadmap, launch new features and services within the product;
- Research the market and competitors, analyze the behavior of the target audience;
- Conduct UX research and in-depth interviews together with team members;
- Elaborate CJM and user stories;
- Build and improve product metrics;
- Conduct A/B tests;
- Lead the idea through all stages: initiation, planning, implementation, completion;
- Work on defining and delivering user needs;
- Organize interactions between programmers, designers and the rest of the product team;
- Monitor the market and analyze competitors;
- Define the vision for product development in the b2c line: create their scopes, conduct evaluations, calculate business cases and validate business models;
- Generate and prioritize the backlog based on the project goals and the interests of all stakeholders, coordinate the process of its implementation;
- Define and coordinate product KPIs and be responsible for their implementation;
Requirements:
- Relevant B2C mobile application experience of at least 3 years, portfolio of successfully launched projects;
- Experience in running A/B tests, working with a team of analysts;
- Knowledge of the technical side of mobile apps (experience as a developer or tester will be a plus);
- Ability to identify and articulate user needs and be a user representative within the company;
- Ability to analyze the market, competitors and trends;
- The ability to set goals, to decompose complex tasks and achieve them, either alone or within a distributed team;
- Ability to calculate business cases;
- Knowledge of product analytics, methods of testing new functionality;
- Experience in UX research and in-depth interviews;
- Ability to work with metrics, select (and sometimes invent) and improve them;
- Understanding of interface design principles, ability to propose interface solutions, ability to justify the proposed solution;
- English - at least C1;
