JetRuby Agency (an international software development and business consulting company) is searching for a Product Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- First of all, you need to develop a product marketing strategy.
- Manage a product lifecycle: create MVP, analyze and verify target market for the company and for the clients, idea verification, to create unic commercial offer, marketing strategy for clients.
- To analyze the Introductory product line and bring a new vision into product portfolio.
- To be in charge of commercial results of the Introductory product line (all product before development step).
- During the first six months, you should increase the number of sales of the DnD phase to go deeply into the company process. After you will only manage the process.
- To be a part of the pre-sale process (not personally but through the Business Analyst and Sales team) and to be in charge of revenue of your product line.
- To build a team of ten people: Lead of business analytics + 2 Business Analysts and Lead of product design+3 Designers.
- To align processes in the product department.
- People management: motivate and develop employees, give them feedback, uphold transparent processes and system control, cherish employee relations within your team, grow a productive and trustful atmosphere.
- Handle hiring and dismissals processes above your team.
- Develop and grow a professional team.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in product development for the IT industry.
- Work with the USA, European, and other foreign markets.
- Deep understanding of the USA culture.
- English skills C1 + and above. Part of the interview will be provided in English.
- Proven experience in people management and growing a team.
- MVP (Minimal Viable Product)/DnD (Design and Development): you know what it is and how it works.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay positive. Willingness to take responsibility, goal-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership skills. You are ready to face difficulties and have a solid ability to solve them.
- Strong analytical skills. You can leap to dip into a client`s product, enquire appropriate questions and make a conclusion. You need to understand what we can offer and how we can increase revenue.
