Dell Technologies is looking for a Product Manager.
You will:
- Manage Requirements for the sizing software for a set of ISG products
- Collect and collate data by analyzing ISG product results into business rules to enable much needed sizing features for sales
- Work closely with UX/UI experts to create best in class user experience
- Drive KPI based prioritization of a set of requirements and features for inclusion into sizer platform roadmap
- Work with sales and pre-sales community and partners to understand their needs, collect feedback on existing and new features
- Support training and enablement through providing/reviewing content or running presentations
- Engage closely with the engineering team to refine and prioritize requirements into engineering backlogs
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality
- Solid grasp of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions
- Excellence in understanding competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product
- Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional groups
- Knowledge of tools such as AHA, JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements
Desirable Requirements:
- Proven experience working on a world-class product
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of storage, server or hyperconverged systems
- Understanding of the enterprise selling process for complex IT infrastructure and solutions
- Knowledge of major enterprise workloads and their performance needs
