Job profile:
- We are looking for a product to define and maintain consistent user experience across Exante platform for b2c and b2b clients, including:
- Develop and maintain a strategy for user experience for clients and employees
- Define a product vision and a roadmap that align multiple business lines
- Increase time on platform and number of profitable client actions
- Manage consistent client path across multiple applications and analysis of broken scenarios
- Generate and test hypotheses, run custdev researches and A/B tests
- Define primary product metrics, perform data analysis
An ideal candidate would have:
- Deep understanding of financial markets and trading
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Desire to build the most convenient trading platform for professional traders and retail clients
- Fluent English - both verbal and written
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT
- Knowledge of technological aspects in global financial markets
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements for a global financial investment organization preferred
