Mercuryo (an international company that creates a new generation of financial services for business sector) is looking for a Product manager.
Responsibilities:
You have to earn money for the company by launching new functionality, changing the flow, fixing bugs, coming up with new forms of monetization.
For this it is important:
- Have a market presence;
- Be able to organize a business process;
- Analyze competitors: monetization models, functionality, custom scenarios, other features;
- Understand analytics to read reports with key product and business metrics;
- Collect and analyze feedback from support, sales department, partners and customer via interviews or other formats;
- Describe documentation at the product and business level with a business analyst;
- Work out flow at the functional level, including specific scenarios, taking into account product, legal, financial constraints, limitations on data storage and processing;
- Build simple financial models, including those with forecasts.
Requirements:
- Have experience in crypto industry of at least 2 years;
- Are responsible for results;
- Know how to back up a point of view with data (sometimes common sense is enough);
- Know how to handle Tableau, Google analytics (Firebase), Apps Flyer;
- Enjoy interviewing and “packing” information into an understandable document;
- Have systems thinking;
- Have good time management skills;
- Get along with people easily;
- Have an ability to read code (advantage);
- Have an English level upper-intermediate or higher.
