Responsibilities:
- You have to earn money for the company by launching new functionality, changing the flow, fixing bugs, coming up with new forms of monetization
For this it is important:
- Have a market presence
- Be able to organize a business process
- Analyze competitors: monetization models, functionality, custom scenarios, other features
- Understand analytics to read reports with key product and business metrics
- Collect and analyze feedback from support, sales department, partners and customer via interviews or other formats
- Describe documentation at the product and business level with a business analyst
- Work out flow at the functional level, including specific scenarios, taking into account product, legal, financial constraints, limitations on data storage and processing
- Build simple financial models, including those with forecasts
Requirements:
- Have experience in crypto industry of at least 2 years
- Are responsible for results
- Know how to back up a point of view with data (sometimes common sense is enough)
- Know how to handle Tableau, Google analytics (Firebase), Apps Flyer
- Enjoy interviewing and “packing” information into an understandable document
- Have systems thinking
- Have good time management skills
- Get along with people easily
- Have an ability to read code (advantage)
- Have an English level upper-intermediate or higher
