В международную фармкомпанию GlaxoSmithKline ищут Product Manager.

 

Areas of responsibility:

Established portfolio:

  • Development and implementation of the brand strategies, brand plans and new brand initiatives
  • For appointed Vaccines, lead activities to support overall product life cycle, incl. forecasting, supply & shelf life management, performance review & brand meetings, promotional & non-promotional initiatives/ content, Sales Force trainings & cycle meetings, 3rd party supplier management, etc.
  • Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective actions as required for meeting business objectives
  • Reach sales, financial and MS objectives. Full P&L responsibility for the appointed brands, including delivery of all related initiatives/ operational plan

Launch portfolio:

  • Drive cross-functional & above-country teams to enable upcoming launches: implement & lead launch plans for appointed Vaccines to ensure timely registration, serialization, tests transfer and other pre-launch activities

Overall:

  • Drive External Expert strategy & implementation for overall Vaccines portfolio
  • Act as a brand champion & role model to create enthusiasm and focus – internally & externally
  • Ensure full compliance with the country & company legislation and regulation & industry requirements
  • Elevate current commercial practices to the next level of effectiveness & transparency (i.e. continuous enhancement of data & analytics, customer engagement KPIs, etc.)

 

Requirements:

Overall, company is looking for a highly motivated & result-driven professional, who is willing to continuously learn & adapt, challenge the status quo and drive the organization to a successful transformation while maintaining high engagement & motivation of matrix teams.

Must have:

  • Higher education (marketing/ finance/ business administration/ pharmaceutical/ medical)
  • At least 2 years of work experience in aPharmaceutical/ FMCG company as Marketing Specialist / Project Manager / Product Manager or alternatively
  • Big 3/ Big 4 consulting companies as Associate / Consultant
  • Leadership experience managing complex projects with matrix teams, overlapping priorities & short deadlines
  • Fluent English (C1/C2)
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills

Nice to have:

  • Expertise in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not a must
  • Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products
