June Homes is a managed marketplace for apartment rentals. Now the team is looking for a motivated Product Manager with passion for experiments and a strong will to build a product that customers love.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
● Create product vision in collaboration with key team players;
● Translating product vision and strategy into detailed requirements;
● Running tests and experiments;
● Work with a cross-functional team to deliver features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Requirements:
● Proven experience working in product management (4+ years, 2+ projects);
● Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
● Fluent with analytics and product metrics;
● Strong problem solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
