Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
Business plan development and execution, successful implementation of cross-functionally aligned brand plan;
Marketing strategy development;
Marketing multichannel communication development with active usage of digital tools;
Marketing strategy execution: preparation of cycle campaign, POS, key messages and e-detail, moderation of events and KOL’s presentations;
JMC (Janssen Medical Cloud) marketing page creation, administration, content and mailings preparation (one-to-one, Eloqua) and follow up;
Sales force team trainings and engagement: regular TCs with sales team for insight catching and follow up, monthly F2F visits with KAMs, marketing strategy implementation follow up, key messages interpretation checking, SF educating by organization of trainings;
Ensure support to sales team: elaborate and provide necessary promotional tools, support execution of tactical plan by sales team. Regular monitoring;
Regional marketing strategy execution follow up, communicate with Global brand teams and respond to emerging challenges with appropriate measures in collaboration with Global brand teams;
Ensure local approval of all materials, programs and projects;
KOL management: KOL engagement and advocacy development;
Support development of customer plans, identifying brand issues and objectives for each customer and defining programs to address them;
Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics, needs, customer insights and opportunities for the brand (conducting market researches, analytics etc.).
Requirements:
University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Business;
At least 3 years of overall pharmaceutical experience;
At least 3 years of extensive marketing and brand management experience (preferably in pharma);
Technical marketing skills (needs, segmentation, SWOT analysis, creation of competitive strategies, risk assessment, etc.);
Understanding of market research tools;
Excellent communication and learning agility skills;
Negotiation and project development skills;
Proficiency in Russian and English.
