IT platform ManyChat is looking for а Product Manager with strong technical & project management skills, who can set up processes inside the team and with stakeholders.
Stream
Improve User Experience in 1st session (before activation, conversion to pro and etc)
Update/Rethink Template Store.
Organise working with content (navigation, search, SEO).
Improve Agency Experience to acquire new customers and managing them
Integration/Development Revenue sharing program.
Agency/Expert matching with Users.
Relaunch Agency Certification program.
Expected results
Product Manager and Team will have helped to achieve goals in collaboration with Marketing Team.
Product Manager and Team will have implemented product/tech solutions for supporting Marketing activities.
Product Manager will have built the processes with Marketing Team (planning, managing expectations, supporting Marketing team activities).
Product Manager and Team will have built product processes inside Mar Tech Product Team (Scrum).
Requirements
English — to be able to collaborate in English with the team, customers. Writing & Speaking skills on a good level.
Experience with technical products, integrations.
Experience to lead product team.
As a plus understanding Digital Marketing processes (channels, tools, solutions and etc.)
