The company currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and contribute to Yandex services on international markets. In this role, you will conduct in-depth customer research, support product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to maintain strong market presence
Tasks that await you:
Customer-centric approach:
- Conduct thorough customer research to identify market trends and support efficient product positioning strategies, as well as bolster a deep understanding of the target market and customer behavior to tailor products accordingly
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Manage the entire product cycle from early stages to post-launch optimization for successful outcomes by collaborating with diverse teams like design, software team, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies
Continuous improvement:
- Track product metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive strategic business decisions, promoting creativity within the team, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain product competitiveness
The company expect that you:
- Have proven working experience in digital and/or e-commerce companies with a focus on B2C
- Have experience working on a product aimed at a large number of users, ideally a product for at least 10K users per day (either mobile apps or mobile web)
- Have a strong command of Russian and English
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have a proven track record of conducting market research, supporting product strategies, leading the full product cycle, and working with cross-functional teams
It'd be a plus if you:
- Have a technical professional background
- Are fluent in Turkic languages
