Henkel is looking for a Product manager.
Your role:
- Category Strategy: KPI setting, strategy development and realization of key initiatives
- Market research/ Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Portfolio Management, including NPI, quality projects, pricing in different sales channels, product mix and profitability
- ATL and BTL support in cooperation with communication and trade marketing specialists
- Effective cooperation with sales and technical support to develop and execute sales supportive activities
- Close cooperation with all functions like AO, demand and supply planning, PD on local and global level within projects
- Common work with global marketing
Your skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product/category management
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- In-depth knowledge of various b2b and b2c markets
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- English starting from Upper-Intermediate
