We are looking for the candidate who is ready to transform ideas into detailed and thought through concepts, work closely with developers, designers and researchers to constantly improve the digital part of the product.
As part of our team, your tasks will:
- Possess strong product-centric mindset with an ability to go deep into details of a particular product scenario.
- Build, develop and manage product roadmap.
- Define product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
- Build and track product metrics, request constant improvements.
- Demonstrate skills in translating business-level target metrics into tangible product improvements.
- Be proficient in measuring the impact of product improvements delivered, and have experience working with product analytics.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:
- 3+ years of hands-on product management experience.
- Excellent product sense and understanding of customer needs.
- Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development.
- Advanced or proficient English language skills, both written and public performance.
- You have a product-oriented approach: able to see the core pain, data-informed, pro market intelligence, able to provide a smooth experience to clients both in an online and offline part.
- You understand and apply lean hypotheses validation principles.
- Build, develop and manage product roadmap.
- Define product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
- Build and track product metrics, request constant improvements.
