В fintech-компанию tabby открыта вакансия Product Manager. 

 

tabby – IT-компания и fintech-лидер в странах Ближнего Востока. Начинали свой путь с “buy now, pay later” сервиса, позволяющего совершать покупки в рассрочку, и уже сейчас являются целой платформой для выгодного шоппинга, выпускают виртуальные карты и развивают другие финансовые продукты. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Product-strategy: Leading Tabby’s Payments team by building and executing company strategy in a rapidly evolving MENA region. Support Tabby’s scale on new markets / new verticals while boosting existing products UX and increasing key metrics;
  • Roadmap planning: Responsible for continuous value-based prioritization and delivery of Tabby Payments initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve strategy goals;
  • Feature definition: Define high-quality feature requirements clearly stating what is expected to achieve from the product-perspective and how to measure business result;
  • Adoption: Executing product-life cycle processes from concept to launch. Managing cross-functional projects and roll-outs.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience with online payments;
  • Experience in delivering high-complex / cross-functional initiatives to market;
  • Good command in English: Upper-Intermediate (B2);
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to use data and metrics to formulate and test hypotheses/ justify feature requirements and drive management of product;
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

 

As a plus:

  • Working with Payment gateways/ Schemes/ Acquirers directly;
  • Launching PCI DSS gateways and managing multi-gateway functionality;
  • Launching online payment methods or initiatives.

 

Employment and relocation:

  • The company is offering remote work from any country by your choice as well as individual relocation plans for candidates that currently live in internationally sanctioned countries;
  • In particular we are providing support in getting residence permit in the UAE or legal entity opening in Georgia or Armenia as well as bank accounts.

 

What you can expect:

  • Flight to Dubai, Armenia or Georgia by your choice;
  • Accommodation for the period of time required for the employment (2-5 weeks on average);
  • Legal entity or UAE residence permit establishment;
  • Bank account opening;
  • Tourist visa in Armenia or Turkey (if necessary);
  • Family support for dependants;
  • Our employees are welcome to choose any other country to relocate, in this case Tabby will reimburse all verified expenses related to the relocation right after the bank account and legal entity will be established (up to USD 5,000).
