Bristol Myers Squibb is currently recruiting a Product Manager responsible for the development and the implementation of the long-term brand strategy, positioning, messaging and adaptation of the Global brand plans to the local market needs.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement products innovation and go-to-market strategies by working cross-functionally with Medical, Market access, Sales, Regulatory, etc.
Create and execute upon annual marketing plans focused on product revenue growth, operating margin, innovation and life cycle management.
Lead promotion and training activities in the local global market with product specific content/knowledge, e.g. sales campaigns, webinars, conference presentations, etc.
Manage the portfolio’s life cycle by preparing product introductions, optimizing and aligning product and marketing mix to customer needs, and by supporting product change and obsolescence processes.
Deliver marketing activities related to product development and launch in the market. This includes but is not limited to: product market research, market assessments, data sheets, user guides, and sales training.
Maintain close business contact with the National Key Opinion Leaders to keep them engaged and ensure their support of the Company strategy in the respective therapeutic areas
Keep up to date with all new information/data for the brands and its competitors and utilize the information to provide a competitive advantage for our brands
Drive the development and execution of an innovative and successful brands’ plan; working with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leveraging relationships with KOLs in the market
Close management of marketing budgets to ensure expenditure is aligned with the brand plans
Ensure effective role out of marketing campaigns to the field team through regular Sales Team coaching, trainings, cycle meetings leadership and field visits
Work with relevant internal stakeholders to canvass opinion and request input to support the planning process
Utilize innovative thinking to overcome barriers and hurdles faced in the field

 

Qualifications and Experience required:
University level degree required, preferably in Medical
Minimum 5 years industry and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
High scientific profile with the ability to take on board new and complex clinical information
New product development experience highly desirable
Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office
Team working and capability to work for objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Strong presentation skills for various audience
Strong analytical skills
Upper Intermediate/Advanced level of English is a must
