Market leader in Quality Assurance Automation is looking for a Product Manager who will wrap up and represent Managed Services of German Testing Center as a turnkey solution for external clients.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years in Product Management, or Managed Services, or high-level Systems Integrators sales for the corporate sector
- Proven ability to plan, build and represent Managed Services (IT Outsource)
- Crystal-clear understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Grasping complex concepts and making them obvious for clients
- Analyzing market/competitors' services, identifying pain points and problems of potential users, development zones and product growth prospects
- You know how to transform clients’ needs into a service opportunity
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Personality type: proactive and reliable executive with an analytic
- l mindset and attention to details
- Fluent spoken and written English C1
Nice to have:
- High-level corporate sales
- Subject matter expertise in the QA/QAA
- German language is a competitive advantage, but not necessary
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a team of QAA Engineers, Head of Testing Center and CEO
- Cooperate with Sales Lead and Marketing Team
- Wrap up services of our Testing Center with our own software product that helps run all kinds of testing for SMB and for large Enterprise
- Strategic positioning in DACH countries (we plan to enter the global market) and complex project management
- Monitoring the project implementation to hit success criteria in accordance with business development strategy to satisfy even the most sophisticated client
- Competitive benchmarks to support offering creation or evolution
- Identify new market changes and leverage them into new offers of our Managed Services
- Close collaboration with peer product managers to develop customer offerings that span across single portfolio components
- On an ongoing basis, identify customer needs/problems, collect customer requirements
- Estimation and adherence to planned costs for managed services
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill service/product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Look into trend reports, market statistics, industry content, and any available sales data
