Responsibility:

  • Architect the future of Social e-commerce product at Aliexpress Russia by bridging engineering and business as managing a product’s full lifecycle, from strategic planning, to product design, to development and launch;
  • Gather requirements from our users by user research, competitive product analysis, and data analysis, learn and understand the latest information for social e-commerce. Feed user’s need through excellent product to achieve a great success in the social e-commerce mechanism;
  • Responsible for the new direction strategic planning, and implementation to the international Social e-commerce product;
  • Collaborate with the different functional team, like shopping guide team, promotion team, the store team, the merchant team, etc. to jointly cooperate at big project, achieve product goals, and get significant results.

 

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years work experience in Social e-commerce product, understand current industry trends, familiar with competitor strategies;
  • Independently responsible for the product in one business line. With system thinking ability, data sensitivity, propose the continuous evolution of the product details, and continuous innovation in the specific implementation;
  • Have a solid user product design ability, understand interaction and psychology, know how to achieve business value from the user’s point of view, balance business goals and user experience, and have a sound product work methodology;
  • Good at project and requirement management, project promotion ability and team collaboration ability, can plan the roadmap of content products, identify the core issues of the project and coordinate the parties to solve them;
  • Optimistic, passionate, modest, good at and willing to learn new knowledge, extra points in foreign language ability, familiar with Russian e-commerce business or experience in overseas life;
  • Good sense at product and data. Excellent problem-finding, cause-positioning, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on daily experience, research, data and internet trends;
  • Great interest at Internet. Knowledgeable across popular internet products such as E-commerce Site, or Social Network Site. Deeply thinking, independent point of view;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and high spirit of teamwork. Excellent communication and cooperation with technical or operational team;
  • Strong learning ability, creative thinking, proactive attitude and being able to work under pressure;
  • English and Russian (priority) language proficiency, good communication skills, ability to work independently and take a challenge.
