A creative agency UNGA is hiring a Product manager Russia.
What will you be doing?
You take care of the production processes of our big, creative loyalty campaigns from A to Z. Together with the team you make sure we deliver our high-quality campaigns on schedule according to the detailed product specifications and budgets.
How? Well, let us paint a picture of what you will be doing:
You define the most efficient production technique by achieving the optimal balance in price and production timing;
You keep an eye on everything, so you are responsible for the creation and execution of the production planning to ensure products are delivered on schedule, meet de expectations and budgets. And of course, you identify and highlight potential risk, and finding solutions together with the suppliers;
You make sure that everyone in the process understands what needs to be done to get it manufactured (from our designers to our suppliers);
How do you know if the production process is up and running? Because you are on top of outputs and processes and constantly communicate with our suppliers in Asia, East Europe or within the Netherlands;
Stay in contact on a daily base with our UNGA team based in China to arrange toy safety requirements and quality control;
The sky isn’t the limit at UNGA, help us to reduce our footprint, develop new materials or biomaterials and keep our minds inspired.
I am going to UNGA and I am bringing:
5 years of relevant experience in product/project management (ideally within toys, loyalty, creative branches);
A Bachelor's or Master's degree;
Fluent in Russian and English;
Excellent project management and time management skills;
Some technical knowledge to understand the processes (IO / IPO / IDE / Mechanical engineering / product);
Familiar with product specifications, -development and production processes (plastic industry, cardboards & paper industry);
Operate as lead point of contact for all matters, specific to product specification and production processes;
A willing to travel frequently;
Team player, energetic and happy to be a hands-on member of the team.
