В IT-consulting company Stellar Labs требуется Product manager (Personalization).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with top client portfolio as an expert in onsite conversion rate optimization and customer relationship to develop and implement personalization strategies aimed at increasing revenue, conversion, average order value and other key metrics;
- Help clients get the most value of Dynamic Yield using product recommendations, onsite and mobile personalization, email modules etc.
- Look for insights from different data sources (GA, Dynamic Yield, Y.Metrika etc) to help bring business valuable initiatives and insights to our clients and internal team;
- Launch experiments for conversion optimization, segment audiences, conduct A/B testing, UX testing etc;
- Manage clients' expectations, work closely with clients' teams to make the best out of our cooperation and increase value from personalization projects;
- Build long-term win-win relationship with each customer as a trusted advisor;
- Have a strategic view on the ongoing market situation, competitive environment, target audience analysis;
- Conduct retrospectives, build roadmaps for the clients and share your knowledge across the internal team and client portfolio.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in product management / e-commerce / digital marketing / UX / CRM, can be either client/agency/service provider side;
- Good communication, interpersonal and client interaction skills;
- Innate love and passion for data, analytics and testing;
- Open-mind and strive for new accomplishments;
- Strong organizational skills, a proven ability to multitask, and meet deadlines;
- Understanding and proven experience of working with Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika or other analytics tools;
- Previous experience with digital marketing tools (Dynamic Yield, RetailRocket, RichRelevance, Flocktory, Mindbox etc.) would be a plus;
- Knowledge of English at least Upper Intermediate & native Russian - we are building a truly international company with a worldwide approach to all we do.
