adidas is searching for a Product manager of Kids categories.
Responsibilities:
Lead Kids Business Unit (BU) through strategic business planning in line with the adidas brand strategic business plan
Drive categories efficiency & implement KPIs:
Net Sales, Standard Margin%, Standard Margin Abs, across all distribution channels: Concept Stores, Wholesale
Represent commercial & product needs from the idea of the market to HQs based on seasonal performance analysis, business needs & strategic necessity
Cross functional and cross department collaboration and project management
Create, Align and Manage local GTM calendars, events, activations based on global guidelines/local market needs, with a clear focus on brand and BU NPS growth among consumer
Lead the range selection process and actively contribute to higher range efficiency
Analyze, prepare and lead seasonal product inputs with global BU team pointing out specific business risks and opportunities
Implement global and local best practices to ensure business process efficiency
Lead people with a focus on high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of team members
Requirements:
Advanced English
Bachelor in related field
5-6 years work experience in marketing (international companies is a plus)
experience in fashion or sports industry is a plus
3 years of managerial experience with team leadership
Advanced Excel user
Strong analytical skills, strong collaboration, leadership, strategic thinking
