Role Summary:
Non Promo (Non promoted Branded Generics Rx) portfolio is a high priority segment of the business with more than 15 products inside.
Product manager of Non Promo will be responsible for supporting and development of BGx Rx portfolio of TEVA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market performance of Non Promo portfolio, Monitor competitive activities, regularly execute pricing monitoring; prepare regular performance reports + upon management requests
- Forecast the demand for a part of Non Promo portfolio together with analysts
- Develop budget plan of Non Promo portfolio based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports
- Plan and execute marketing activities for all the target audiences (Ph. Chains, wholesalers, consumers)
- Develop plans for new products launching in coordination with related departments (KAD, Operations and Business Development)
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent cross-functional collaboration with other departments
- Initiate changes for processes improvement not waiting for request from a manager
- Deliver presentations to TOP-management of TEVA Russia and International Marketing Team
- Stay in touch with the market by doing regular field visits
- Control accurate and timely contact signing and payments
Qualifications:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical or medical has priority)
- 1-3 years’ overall experience in marketing of multinational FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical company
- Upper Intermediate English is a must
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with a big amount of data
- Good time-management skills and multitasking
- Great interpersonal and team working skills
- Excellent influencing skills with a ‘make it happen’ attitude
- Perfect knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel)
