About the role:

As a Product Manager of the Instagram Core domain at ManyChat, you will be responsible for driving the power of our platform for building Instagram DM Automations. This includes identifying customers' needs and use cases, working with Facebook's technical and product teams, creating short and long-term roadmaps and consistently assessing business impact. You will provide thoughts leadership that drives towards our company goals and strategy and does so in collaboration with Product team, Analytics, Marketing and Customer support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use qualitative and customer research and data analysis to find insights and prepare PRD for Product Team;
  • Work collaboratively with UX and Engineers on a day to day approach, prepare PRDs, share product expertise;
  • Measure the impact of delivered product improvements;
  • Work together with Product Marketing, Product Analytics, and Customer Support to achieve goals that have a major impact on OKRs;
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy according to the long term vision of ManyChat.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in hands-on product discovery;
  • Work experience in Scrum/Agile environment;
  • Strong knowledge of digital product funnels, user segmentation, SaaS metrics;
  • Perfect product sense and understanding of customer needs;
  • Customer empathy;
  • Experience in user interviews and ability to make product decisions based on insights
  • Proven track record of working closely with UX designers and a keen curiosity about user experience;
  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
