Обязанности:
- Product Management
- Create new Product Portfolio line up, considering price- & market trends aligned with HQ guidance
- Align roadmap cross-functionally
- Develop and provide regional request to HQ
- Market/Consumer Analysis
- Continuously monitor and update market trends and competitor developments
- Create a hit list and track price information
- Do comprehensive data analysis not limited to SCM, GfK, FBAI, IDC, RM, M/S
Big-Data analysis to reduce churn and increase retention ratio as well as up- & cross-sell - Insight & Brand Collaboration
- Secure Consumer understanding across subsidiaries linked to HQ segmentation & local business needs
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Subsidiaries to collectively deliver IM marketing priorities pre-aligned with subsidiaries’ needs
- Translate business & portfolio priorities into Sales strategy within
Требования:
- Basic Business Competencies
- Basic Product Management Knowledge
- Ruthless (Objective) Prioritization Skills
- Proficiency in Research and Analysis
- Data gathering, mining, analysis (PPT, excel skills)
- Core KPI achievement: % (S/O, M/S, $ Sales revenue, % Retention rate etc.)
- Knowledge of Development Principles
- Fluent English.
