HeadHunter ищет Product manager (Инновации).
The only goal is to test as many as possible hypotheses of new products a year. To do so you need to:
- Conduct market research and conduct expert, cusdev, jtbd interviews
- Define product vision, roadmap, and business model
- Formulate most important/most risky hypothesis to test. Make short term plan aka scope MVP
- Formulate and prioritize backlog for dev team. Set tasks for dev team and monitoring their implementation (from discovery to delivery of product features)
- (not mandatory, but is a big plus) Formulate marketing plan and/or setup performance marketing campaigns (social, direct, search)
- Collaborate with finance, legal, security, marketing, sales departments to make experiment efficient and smooth
- Iterate and have fun
- Summarize and present results of experiment - what we have learned? Should we continue develop this product with more resources?
Education / Experience / Requirements:
- BA/MS degree from leading Russian University (MIPT, MSU, HSE) with major in economics, computer science, mathematics, physics
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product role in startups or tech company
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, strong intellectual curiosity
- Ability to quickly structure mass amount of information and communicate complex ideas
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to constantly search for and test ideas of new products
