Janssen as a part of Johnson & Johnson family of companies is looking for a strong candidate for Product Manager IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) located in Moscow.

 

Your responsibilities & your impact:

  • Develop and deliver appropriate brand plan based and aligned to relevant customer and country operating plans. Support achievement of KPIs through regular monitoring and assessments
  • Lead successful implementation of cross-functionally aligned brand plan (programs and projects)
  • Elaborate portfolio strategy and ensure the implementation of tactical plan with objectives, resources, KPIs and expected returns
  • Develop marketing strategy, including marketing multichannel communication development with active usage of digital tools
  • Execute marketing strategy: preparation of cycle campaign, POS, key messages and e-detail, moderation of events and KOL’s presentations
  • Develop JMC (Janssen Medical Cloud): marketing page creation, administration, content and mailings preparation (one-to-one, Eloqua) and follow up
  • Ensure support to sales team: elaborate and provide necessary promotional tools, support execution of tactical plan by sales team. Regular TCs with sales team for insight catching and follow up, monthly F2F visits with KAMs, marketing strategy implementation follow up, key messages interpretation checking, SF educating by organization of trainings
  • Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics (incl analysis), needs, customer insights, customer understanding and opportunities for the brand. Hold market researches to define customer insights, unmet needs, etc.
  • Collaborate with Global brand teams with following adaptation and implementation of tools in the local market
  • KOL management: KOL engagement and advocacy development
  • Support development of customer plans, identifying brand issues and objectives for each customer and defining programs to address them
  • Ensure local approval of all materials, programs and projects

 

Company would love to hear from you, if you have:

  • University degree in Business/Marketing
  • At least 3 years of overall pharmaceutical experience in RX or specialty (experience in gastro or immuno preferrable but not obligatory)
  • At least 3 years of extensive marketing and brand management experience in pharma
  • Technical marketing skills (needs, segmentation, SWOT analysis, creation of competitive strategies, risk assessment, etc.)
  • Understanding of market research tools
  • Excellent communication and learning agility skills
  • Negotiation and project development skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English (brand plans, business meetings are in English, close cooperation with Global team, all materials for further implementation are delivered in English)
