An international pharmaceutical company currently looking for a Product Manager (hospital).

 

Responsibilities:

Development of product strategy and marketing plans
KOL engagement and advocacy development
Sales force team trainings, monthly F2F visits with KAMs, marketing strategy implementation follow up, key messages interpretation checking, SF educating by organization of trainings
Market data and internal data monitoring and analysis (key segment drivers, growth opportunities, performance of assigned brands/products, etc.)
Close collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
Regional marketing strategy execution follow up, communicate with Global brand teams and respond to emerging challenges with appropriate measures in collaboration with Global brand teams

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (medical, pharmaceutical, marketing)
At least 3 years of extensive marketing and brand management experience in hospital pharma
Understanding of the Russian Healthcare environment, the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Russia
Upper intermediate English
Excellent presentation skills
Multitasking, result oriented, good analytical abilities
