Yandex is a tech company that builds intelligent products and services powered by machine learning. Company`s goal is to help consumers and businesses better navigate the online and offline worlds. As a Product Manager, you will be part of a fast-growing AdTech product, and take responsibility for building and developing products for clients.

Tasks that await you:

  • Lead product development for Yandex Ads (DSP), including the ad engine itself as well as ML algorithms
  • Analyze and diagnose technical and business problems, opportunities, and risks, then define a strategy and roadmap
  • Recognize opportunities and maximize the strengths of the ad engine and algorithms
  • Define key metrics for evaluating your initiatives
  • Collaborate with the PMs responsible for the client-facing experience to ensure that everything is designed appropriately for ML-powered products
  • Work globally and cross-functionally with engineering, growth, data science, sales, customer service, and legal teams as well as other partners for successful development and go-to-market efforts
  • Increase awareness of Yandex Ads technologies on international markets
  • Constantly evolve processes and resources to improve delivery speed and quality

 

Company expects that you have:

  • Five or more years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching a variety of products - not only client-facing solutions
  • Two or more years of experience developing products on ML platforms, recommendation systems, and ML modelling components
  • Highly analytical approach, making decisions using data you capture yourself or data obtained in collaboration with others
  • Interest in the advertising industry with a deep understanding of its evolving trends and technologies
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape and its relevance to AdTech
  • Proven ability as a self-starter with a bias for action that lets you both execute and strategize even in the midst of ambiguity
