Main responsibilities:
- Development of SMB eStore (managing product portfolio performed in Digital and adopt value proposition according target group)
- Oversee the overall performance and development MX B2B in Samsung Employee Purchase Program (EPP)
- Support KAMs with EPP administration (receive and process EPP request for partnership from KAM & Samsung.com)
- Do marketing related analytics
Additional responsibilities:
- Drive and mange Digital Sales & Marketing activities together with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and update S.com & eStore product information for MX B2B in order to fulfill guidelines
- Day to day promotion and campaign translation towards Digital Partners (Customers)
- Develop and implement cross-divisional ECO & MDE bundle
- Internal alignment with Manager/B2B Team and external alignment with Partners
- Internal reporting/Root cause analyses
- Analyze and continues improvement of customer experience
- Administration (administration/legal/issue handling)
Project based:
- Flagship Launches and Main events (Product Launching | Back to school | Gender Holidays | Christmas)
- New sell-out platform (SMB portal)
- Direct touch portals (Student Portall)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience of B2B project and channel sales
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- MS Office Suite (Competent User)
- Excel, Word & PowerPoint (High Competence)
- Data-driven and analytical skills
- Technical understanding of platform/IT landscape
