An international fully remote SaaS company with HQ in Helsinki, Finland is looking for a Senior Product Manager.
Main responsibilities:
As a product manager, your role is to understand the development requirements of the product development coming from the management or from clients and formulate them into wire-frames, specifications and user stories, based on which the designers and the development team can take the design process forward. You need to interact with the development team, to ensure they understand the requirements and implement them properly.
You interact with the Customer Success team and sometimes directly with customers to understand how the clients use the product and what kind of further development ideas emerge. Also, you will work closely with the Customer Success team to keep the Knowledge Base up-to-date and to put together the weekly release notes for the customers.
You liaise with the Quality Assurance team and assist them with understanding how specific features should work and help them to redefine specifications when necessary. You also interact with the management to understand their vision of the product roadmap and help with putting it into the practical level.
One key requirement is to “own” the English textual content of the product, in terms of defining the text related to the functionalities, error messages, tooltips etc.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of work experience related to SaaS product management.
Understanding B2B sales and digital marketing stack (advertising, marketing automation, CRM)
strong leadership skills, with experience in managing, motivating and mentoring teams/individuals.
Experienced in agile practices and software development processes (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban).
Be able to work independently; anticipating and resolving problems.
Excellent English communication and organisational skills.
