The company provides expert assistance with visas to the USA, UK, Schengen and other countries, or relocation to Canada, UAE, or EU. From visa application to bank account set up, the company is committed to making the process as fast and efficient as possible, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
The company is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of the service offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the current services, as well as developing new services that meet the needs of the customers and align with the business goals. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide the development process from ideation to launch.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer need
- Conduct market research to identify new service opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including case management, sales, and marketing to define service requirements and prioritize development efforts
- Manage the service development process from ideation to launch, including creating service specifications, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform service decisions
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate service success and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful service launches
- Define customer segments and develop pricing strategies that align with business goals
- Develop referral programs to increase customer engagement and loyalty
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in service product management or a related field
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Proficiency in CRM and service automation tools
Working Conditions:
The Product Manager will work in an office environment and may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines. Some travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
