Responsibilities:
- Interaction with suppliers on the conclusion of new contracts;
- Search for new products and new suppliers, negotiating with suppliers;
- Preparation of contracts and documents for the conclusion of contracts;
- Preparation of shipping documents for import;
- Work on the design of packaging for placed imported goods;
- Execution of current tasks set by the category manager;
- Generation of reports (cost dynamics, suppliers, sales volumes, revenue, prices, inventories);
- Market research of manufacturers and suppliers of goods;
- Monitoring of competitors, assortment, prices.
Requirements:
- Higher education diploma;
- Experience in procurement, in the Food and Beverage categories;
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, preferably SAP knowledge;
- Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, product distribution;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Responsibility, analytical mindset;
- Attention to detail, teamwork, multitasking;
- Experience in product, category, brand management, including negotiation experience;
- Knowledge of Arabic, English and Russian languages (written and spoken);
- Work experience in UAE trading companies will be a plus.
