Main tasks:
Market analysis (global tendency, local market leaders, shares, products, positioning);
Product Road map planning based on market analysis and vendors and suppliers’ communications;
26 ASBIS offices communications — (mission, vision, products, sales- leads, plans);
Sales forecast collection and sales planning;
Supply chain control and purchase planning to the vendors;
PSI management;
Budgeting;
Product marketing of products;
New product launch preparation;
China team communication and participation in project management;
Price policy communication and control of RRP in all countries.
Requirements:
Practical sales, marketing, business management experience;
Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion;
Highly dynamic, self-starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of company;
Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality;
Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives;
Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations);
Presentation & communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills and knowledge;
Experience managing successful business with cross functional teams;
Good knowledge of English.
