Their team is searching for a Senior Product Manager for the new inDrive service. Their product will allow the employer to introduce the vacancy in a new way - via short photo and video posts. The job seeker makes a decision right away: a swipe to the right is an answer, a swipe to the left is a rejection.
The vacancy involves relocation to company offices in Kazakhstan or the UAE.
You will:
Be responsible for employer experience, applicant experience.
Be responsible for product scaling and growth in new countries, target metrics
Responsible for Roadmap, Invent and work through features, thinking about user happiness and improving product metrics, set tasks for developers, supervise two salespeople
Inspire and organize a team (15-20 people);
Prioritize product development based on business value and user need;
Build and optimize Discovery processes
Organize qualitative and quantitative product research
They expect that you:
Have experience in product development, have been responsible for backlog and product team, and have at least 3 years of project management experience;
Can make fast decisions in a highly uncertain environment
Understand product analytics, a/b testing. Willing to not only use reports, but also help develop general data practices
Capable and willing to write product requirements and set goals for developers, be responsible for launches and deadlines
Empathic to users, well versed in research: CustDev, Kano, Survey, Interview, etc.
