В сервис пассажирских перевозок inDrive открыта вакансия Product Lead Intercity.
The team is responsible for the development of the inDrive app’s intercity travel module. The company provides a lot of resources to achieve the goals: Product Lead is waiting for several teams consisting of Product Managers, Agile Coach, Product Analysts, Product Designers and a large development team (20-30 people in total).
Tasks and duties are to:
- Shorten TTM to run new experiments
- Build Growth Processes: We need to break through experiment loops to find working solutions faster
- Manage Discovery processes within the team to maximize product team efficiency
- Manage product strategy to achieve GMV product fold goals
- Form the vision of the product and be responsible for setting medium / long-term goals
You will be a good fit for our team if you have:
- Experience in building and managing product teams
- Responsibility for money and business results
- Experience in building a startup atmosphere and drive culture
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in responsibility for the entire product / business model
- Experience in travel or ride-hailing
