The company is looking for Product IT Manager - Commerce who supports Product Owners in translating business and functional vision into solutions/services/features, participates in the technical development and operations including IT Support of the products, service KPIs, monitoring, users support.
If you are ready:
- Create technology strategy/vision and deliver it with partners and vendors
- Provide expected business continuity level where relied on technology products
- Support Sales Product Owners and Product Team Members in technology-related matters on a daily and strategical basis
- Own Agile Product management approaches, frameworks and continuous improvement
- Ensure efficient cross-functional, cross-products communications and alignment
- Ensure cost-cautious supplier/vendor relationships, contract discussions, licenses management, prices and performance management incl. global cross-charge of the relevant costs
- Conduct continuous improvement analysis on existing Product architectures, performance. Execute problem management. Identify architectural optimizations, industry trends, new technologies to be delivered to support Digital Sales
And you have:
- 3 + years of working in a sales digital technology environment on similar roles preferably in following types of businesses: FMCG, PCG, Retail or CTO in Start-up (foodtech, fmcg, pharma etc.)
- Proven implementation and continuous development experience of one of the following or all of them: Sales Force Automation, Distributor automation, CRM solution in a role of technology manager, business analyst, project or product manager
- Proven experience in setting operational/support environment for solutions and users. Knowledge of certification on ITIL foundation would be an advantage
- Proven experience and good understanding of advanced analytics and data-driven principles and technology
- Practical knowledge of integrations and APIs implementation
- Practical knowledge of setting CI/CD process
- Proven Agile frameworks expertise that can be demonstrated on an interview. Certification is an advantage
- Strong digital and technology background
- Strong skills of stakeholder management to listen and understanding the challenges, opportunities, requirements and needs of all involved parties
- Good problem-solving, commercial management and decision-making skills.
