Playrix is looking for a Product Director with experience in managing large IT products who is ready to take responsibility for the results of the flagship games. With a strong product vision, you will lead key processes in product development and promote the professional growth of a large team of industry experts.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of the offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Tasks:
- Managing a cross-functional product team of 100 people
- Design and implementation of production processes
- Definition and implementation of the product development strategy
- Hiring, training, and developing a product management team
Requirements:
- Experience in managerial roles in the development of successful IT products
- Outstanding talent in managing and building large teams: hiring, evaluating, and developing key employees
- Experience forming a management vision
- Fluency in Russian
