Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating brand new AI intelligence products, launching them, lead to production phase, further development and managing
- Leading a cross-functional team (analysts, programmers, QA, UX/UI designers, sales, marketing, etc.)
- Good understanding of products, its specific, functionality and opportunities of using
- Analysis, monitoring of the market and new initiatives of competitors
- Creation of product vision, requirements management, creation and maintenance of a product roadmap, MVP allocation, segmentation, etc.
- Designing user interaction with the product. Working with prototypes, ensuring usability, collecting and processing feedback (errors, problems, user reactions)
- Accounting and analysis of business indicators, assessment of consumer demand and the study of product feedback
- Rapid testing of various hypotheses and creating a plan to fix them
- Creating all necessary technical and manual documentation for products
- Initiation and release of new products and services
- Budget management, economic modeling and forecast for products, including creation and presenting business-case
- Interaction with partners and customers
Requirements
- Work experience in product management 2+ years
- Experience in successful launching new products
- Good knowledge of product design and development
- Communicative skills, ability to explain, clarify and present the business task
- Good understanding of different technical areas, including neural networks
- Ability to dive into technical details fast
- Being proactive
- Ability to set up tasks for the team and yourself
- Visionary approach to creating product management
- Launching and management of product on international markets (focus market – USA)
- Experience in managing wide spread English speaking team members in different countries
- Having ability to see best ways to improve existing processes and business requirements
- Experience in managing cross-functional development teams (analytics, development, QA, support) preferably geographically distributed team
- Experience in interacting with business customers, managing requirements, prioritizing of tasks, analysis of needs
- Creating new ideas and improving existing product, based on customers needs
- Participation in different projects and ability to look at tasks from different angles
- Strong analytical skills, outstanding presenting and communicative skills, strong leadership, experience in dealing with conflicts
- Knowledge of project management processes, basic steps of product development lifecycle
- High level of soft skills
