В игровую компанию Playrix требуется Procurement Team Lead.
Playrix is one of the top mobile game developers globally and number one in Europe. Team of 3,500 professionals is spread across more than 30 countries working remotely and from the company’s numerous offices.
Company is looking for a Procurement Team Lead IT & MICE category who will be the driving force behind our ambitious new projects, working with major international vendors and suppliers for the TOP spend category.
Tasks:
- Sourcing IT hardware, software in Ukraine and Europe for Playrix studios
- PSL sourcing of MICE agencies in all countries of presence
- Procurement strategy preparation for IT hardware and MICE based on calculation of TCO and specifics of local supply chain restrictions, category performance analysis
- Reviewing and expanding current indirect sourcing processes to adapt to the requirements of expanded organization
- Budget management for MICE events, including cost estimates, budget tracking, and expense reconciliations
- Management of a team of 4 sourcing managers
- Tracking the latest functional developments (market benchmarks)
- Creating strategy and policy development and ensuring delivery within your area of responsibility
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities
- Analyzing and consolidating spending and contract data available from various sources and systems
- Supporting activities in the Eastern Europe time zone
- Perform operational activities of S2P as Procurement Manager 40% of the time
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG/IT companies in the procuring IT category (Hardware and Software) and MICE category in Strategic Sourcing
- Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and coordination for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and merchandising/souvenirs production
- Knowledge of different types of venues, their capacities, amenities, and pricing
- Familiarity with digital event platforms, webcasting services, and VR solutions
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Solid understanding of a wide array of IT contract forms including SaaS, Cloud, Software licensing, Hardware maintenance, MNDA etc
- Track record of delivering significant benefits and bringing cost-saving initiatives
- Experience in working and negotiating with international suppliers
- Ability to extract data and provide its analysis with reporting from company ERP, contract management systems
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with international colleagues and suppliers
- English level C1-C2 is a must, Ukrainian is optional
- Hands-on knowledge of P2P, S2P processes
