В продовольственный концерн Kraft Heinz требуется Procurement Project Manager.
Key components of the role:
- Supports development of procurement strategies for packaging raw materials at the level of BU EAST
- Negotiates with suppliers (if necessary) and agrees on working conditions in order to obtain the best commercial conditions for the company
- Engaged in the organization of interaction between the procurement departments of business units included in the BU EAST in order to exchange information, best practices, joint projects to optimize or develop suppliers
- Leads projects for the development and optimization of procurement processes at the level of the East zone
- Participates in projects to develop synergies at the zone level, search for the best opportunities to meet the demand for raw materials and packaging for all business units included in the BU EAST (Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Poland)
- Performs market researches of indices for raw materials and packaging and ensures the implementation of a structured and transparent system for reporting these indices (Teams)
- Negotiates with potential suppliers to organize cooperation with the most favorable commercial conditions - if necessary
- Supports the interaction on projects of the packaging purchasing department, R&D, finance and the supplier - if necessary
- Deals with detailed analysis and improvement of packaging and raw material purchases in terms of specifications
- Participates ESG projects
- Participates in logistics optimization both within the company and with suppliers
- Participates in the selection of types of packaging that must be included in the assortment or withdrawn from the assortment due to the futility
- Maintains interaction with other services of the Company
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as an Procurement Specialist/Manager in FMCG (preferably food) company
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- Experienced in Project Management
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Excel
