Main responsibilities:
- Managing the procurement and purchasing processes in Knauf Group Russia
- Leading the regional procurement department and procurement directors in plants
- Developing long-term sourcing strategies to reduce costs or improve quality over time
- Ensuring the procurement of materials, components, and services needed to manufacture and deliver products
- Searching new suppliers
- Negotiations with clients and suppliers
- Organizing and conducting tenders for the selection of suppliers and contractors
- Analysis of market trends, constant monitoring of the market of goods and services
- Analysis of procurement efficiency
- Budgeting / cost management
- Consolidated financial statements for management
Requirements:
- Higher education (economic or technical), specialized education in the field of procurement will be an advantage
- 5+ years’ experience in management positions (Experience in a foreign manufacturing company is welcome)
- Good level of English
- Excellent computer skills – MS Office, SAP, 1C
- Knowledge of Russian and international legislation
- Personal qualities: proactivity, analytical skills, ability to work in multitasking mode, ability to work with large amount of data
