Google is searching for Privacy App and Web Measurement Specialist.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Implementation/Configuration of Measurement, Web Analytics or Attribution Strategy including: Data-Driven Attribution/Non-Last Click Attribution, Cross-Device Measurement, Conversion Tracking, Geo-Experiments, App Measurement/Tracking, Online-to-Offline measurement, Offline Data Import
Experience in working with and influencing senior advertiser/agency decision makers
Knowledge of Google measurement abilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Firebase
Strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem and the impact of recent privacy changes in the industry (regulatory and technology)
Deep understanding of data collection, integration and activation in media platforms and privacy implications
About the job:
As a Privacy App and Web Measurement Specialist, you will have a strategic focus of helping advertisers scale their use of Google measurement solutions to drive measurement maturity and support their response to privacy changes in the industry. In this role, you will work closely with Large Customer Sales (LCS) pods and other specialists to help advertisers deploy the latest app and web measurement technologies to drive privacy readiness.
Additionally, you will develop strategic privacy measurement plans for your book of business, develop activation plans, and track progress against them. You will also drive a feedback loop with regional and global product leads in the area of privacy.
Responsibilities:
Consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand their measurement goals and assess how Google privacy solutions can effectively address their needs
Partner with pods and specialists to drive adoption of measurement and privacy solutions and convince advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions
Build business cases for feature requests, controlling roadmap around privacy features and measurement solutions and provide feedback loop to regional/global product leads in the area of privacy
Enable clients/partners to increase efficiency/effectiveness of their ad campaigns by integrating relevant first data-based conversions or audiences
Understand the privacy approach by local competition and navigating specialist teams and vertical sellers through regulatory-loaded questions to both achieve adoption of privacy-centric measurement and targeting solutions and first party data solutions, and build customer trust in Google’s data privacy solutions
